Warranty
1 since the date of sale within one year of free time tuning and mechanical finishing.
2 since the date of sale within three years free warranty.
The following serious quality problems are the piano can be returned:
(1) relaxation pegs repaired and still can not guarantee the standard pitch;
(2) iron fracture;
Are the following general quality of the piano, free replacement parts and repair.
(1) The sound board rib unglued or crack, strings yards unglued or crack;
(2) key sub-distorted or degumming, key sub-surface film cracking;
(3) chord hammer carpet adhesive is not strong and the degumming;
(4) The shell is not strong due to adhesive paint cracking and the cracking of the shell;
(5) riding a broken valve caused by bad material.

Piano in the use process, the additional maintenance or repair services, please be sure to contact your local dealer, they will be happy to serve you, do not on their own whom. Non-warranty coverage
1, do not follow the maintenance manual requirement of the piano damage and failure;
2, beyond the normal one-year warranty period of the tuning and mechanical finishing;
3, due to transport, moving, or other accidents causing damage; (including piano owners or others, caused by)
4, other natural disasters caused by damage |
